Community Title, LLC was founded in May, 2006, in a small commercially zoned house on the South Hill in Bonners Ferry. We became locally owned and operated in 2009. Due to the growing economy, our office moved to our current location at 7184 Main Street, in beautiful downtown Bonners Ferry.
